Depending on your needs, you can opt for one of the following four ways to upgrade your Temenos Transact/T24 installation:

  • Technical upgrade. This typically involves a like-for-like upgrade where you maintain the functionality while updating the underlying technologies. Your upgrade partner can also resolve performance, security or reliability issues by migrating to the latest Temenos-supported stack
  • Functional upgrade. Your upgrade partner implements new or replace legacy modules during the upgrade. As a result, your Temenos installation is expanded with new functionality
  • Reengineering. This involves moving to a new API-driven, modular architecture to connect Transact/T24 with customer enablement and other systems
  • Replatforming. Your existing applications and integrations are lifted and shifted to a Temenos-supported cloud-native stack, with no changes to the underlying code, architecture or Transact/T24 functionality

When providing T24 upgrade services to our clients, we:

  • Assess the current installation. We conduct a comprehensive performance, scalability, customizations and integrations review. As a result, we identify the system’s strengths and shortcomings, business pain points and areas of improvement
  • Identify the desired system state. Based on our findings, we determine which modules, frameworks and stacks are best equipped to address existing issues. We then determine the target platform setup and architecture
  • Outline the upgrading strategy and roadmap. We pinpoint the changes required for the transition to the desired state and present a detailed roadmap with milestones, timelines and a cost estimate
  • Deliver the transformation and manage the system. Following stakeholders’ approval, we implement the changes in waves of transition. We then move into a supporting role and manage, scale and continuously improve the system
